It has its headquarter in Kolkata, India. The Sangha's projects are driven by a sense of intense sacrifice and dedication that are channelised through sustainable development strategies to alleviate suffering.

(E) Free Counseling and Guidance to Cancer Patients.
(F) Round the Clock Ambulance Services.
(G) Cancer Awareness Programme & Recreation.
(H) Charitable Dispensary & Library
(I) Financial Assistance & Food Grains to Poor Cancer Patients.
(J) Free Yoga & Meditation Classes conducted for Patients.
(K) Free Coaching Classes & Computer Training Centre.
(L) 'Maha Milan' a Spiritual Monthly Published in English.
(M) Provide Health Services during Natural Calamities & Kumbh Mela.
(N) Medical Camp & Voluntary Service during Ashadi Ekadashi at Pandharpur.
(O) Distribution of Free Milk and Biscuits to Cancer Patients everyday.
